Understanding Warm Colors and Cool Colors

There are two basic colors group : warm and cool colors .  Warm colors are Reds, Oranges, and Yellows which remind us of sunshine, fire and warmth. Cool colors are those on the opposite half of the color wheel :  colors like Purples, Blues, and Greens that make us think of cool grass, water, snow or ice.

This painting is an example to a combination of warm colors and cool colors.
The right side painted with warm colors and the left side painted with cool colors.

The Mona Lisa painting

Today, I will write about the world’s most famous painting, painted by the artist Leonardo da Vinci.
The painting named Mona Lisa which is half-length portrait of Lisa Gherardini the wife of Francesco del Giocondo.
The portrait was painted  in oil and Leonardo worked on it between 1503-1506 and may have continued working on it as late as 1517.
Since 1797 , the portrait is the property of the French Republic, on permanent display at the Louvre Museum in Paris .
In the future I hope to paint the Mona Lisa painting.

Drawing Class

My name is Adi Ashkenazi and my favorite hobby is drawing and painting.
When I was little I loved to paint and create works of art.
Two years ago I wanted to develop my hobby and I joined a class where drawing and painting taught to a high standard. The teacher of the class is an artist named Amikam-Bar-Garma.
The class met once a week for two hours and included ten teenagers.
Each session taught us new techniques and varied picture.
Attached a few examples from the painting class.
